It was nice to go and see a historically accurate film for once. LOL. Even though it was a bit crap I enjoyed it. Some of the special effects were a little suspect particulary at the start when they are in the mountains you can kind of see the green screen blur around the characters! They aren’t even shivering and it looked pretty cold!

Juno was one of those films that I really didn’t want to go and see, my wife kind of dragged me along! After a slightly boring start to the film things picked up the plot thickened and I came away really enjoying the film and quite frankly its one of the best films I have seen in a long long time. It was funny, thoughtful and sad. It really got me thinking about various issues regarding pregancy and child birth and speaking as a father to be it certainly is worth a watch.

I went to see Cloverfield last night and left the cinema completely dissapointed. I don’t like watching home videos at the best of times but thought I would give this one ago! Hey at least its in HD…..
To start off with I got bored waiting for something to happen. Then something did happen. Then the film went from a rather wobbly film to a really wobbly film. Yikes. The cinema should think about installing seats on springs. It seemed to me that everything in this movie had been done before.
Also what was with the SD card / Tape thing in the movie. It clearly says at the start of the film that the video was found on an SD card??? In the film the guys refer to it as a tape…
I’m off to watch Godzilla now. ![]()
